The Heathcote PTA is a non-profit organization comprised of parents, teachers, and administrators who voluntarily work together in the interest of enriching our children’s Heathcote elementary school experience through programs and activities. Heathcote PTA Membership will be open for the 2024-25 school year in August!

MEMBERSHIP TOOLKIT (MTK) HEATHCOTE SCHOOL PTA WEBSITE & APP!

Membership Toolkit is our school's PTA communications service, school directory, payment system and website manager. Please sign up for an account to access PTA membership, sign up for after school clubs and make purchases. The Membership Toolkit app is a great way to access the family directory, register for PTA programs, access our e-blast archive and calendar on the go!

DOWNLOAD THE MEMBERSHIP TOOLKIT APP!

You can download the app via the Apple Store or Google Play. You'll be asked to enter the email address that you use for Membership Toolkit. If you forgot your password, the system will automatically send you a reset password email. Once you change your password, you will then be able to sign into the app.

Visiting the school to attend an event? Planning a PTA sponsored event? Looking to make a submission to the Heathcote Herald? You may find the links below helpful!

• Heathcote Visitor Form: Please use this form to have a security tag pre-printed when you visit the school.
• Heathcote PTA Expense Reimbursement Form 2024-25. Please submit all approved expenses using this form to the Heathcote PTA Treasurer.
• Heathcote Herald Submission Form: Please use this form to submit all Herald submissions to the Heathcote PTA Secretary. Deadline for submission is Thursday at noon for Sunday publication.
