Learning From Our Differences (LFOD) is a program operated by the elementary school PTAs that provides curriculum related to visual, hearing, developmental, and learning impairments to grades K-5. The students are introduced to all of the various disabilities in kindergarten and in subsequent grades they delve deeper into one specific impairment. The program is comprised of various presentations by guest speakers who generate interactive discussions through the experiences they share and related activities.
